So this native is ascendant Sagittarius; he has got a good chart but he has problematic placements; also high level of this disgrace is involved due to lack of IQ. So he is ascended Sagittarius, leadership skills are there, he comes from a very humble background, he has made his own life, that is very clear from the chart.
