So Bihar is very lucky to have had this son of the soil Chief Minister for the past 20 years; he is a noble soul. Sensitive to the needs of the poor, takes lot of worry about the people of Bihar. Can get very angry and upset sometimes but most of the times on the exterior is diplomatic and on the quieter side. He is gentle person. His life has not been easy – political life. But his 10th and 11th houses have ensured that he has risen to the top and will remain there with a sterling repetition.
So he is ascendant Taurus with Ketu in the 4th house; so from very humble beginnings and not money minded at all and one of the nicest human beings you can find. Saturn is retrograde in the 5th house; professional life will consume him or his politics or his life. His politics is on principle and he is not the one to deviate from the principles of for example Late Shri Ram Manhor Lohia (his mentor) of simple living and higher thinking. Totally non corruptible person personally. 7th house has Moon debilitated; hence very very emotional person; sensitive person. He will not come out too much in the public and keep to himself only and quietly keep on working. Is also rebelliousness if things are not going as per his principles; he will not think once before changing course and also is very craft-ful survivor and knows how to remain in the position of authority; his survival instincts and manipulative abilities are very sharp and will keep him in power for long and he is not at all boastful but quiet. Name and fame is there at his feet because Venus is exalted along with Mars in 11th house. So he will live like a king (in Democratic parlance) till his last breath. He could have become the prime minister of India also; had his planet Sun not been enemy in the 10th house and Saturn been direct in the 5th house. Those are the 2 planets that left his prime ministerial ambitions unfulfilled because the present Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Sun and Saturn are excellent but both are very emotional leaders (both have Moon debilitated); but Narendra Modi takes the lead because his Sun and Saturn both are much more powerful than Nitish Kumar’s but that does not mean that Nitish Kumar is any less less lucky. He is a very fine human being and can adjust and compromise.
Now right now he is going through his 10th house Rahu Mahadasha since 2013; so lot of political and life twists and turns are there but manageable. Though health concern is always there due to stress related ailments. that he has some You know neurological disorder I do not know if it is confirmed or not but that he is forgetful but it is nothing that cannot be managed; as his time is wonderful – Rahu Venus antardasha till 2027. So provided his health is good and he does the remedy for Saturn, Sun and Moon he can become Chief Minister again.
