Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer (May 21, 1960 – November 28, 1994), also known as the Milwaukee Cannibal or the Milwaukee Monster, was an American serial killer and sex offender who committed the murder and dismemberment of seventeen men and boys between 1978 and 1991. Many of his later murders involved necrophilia, cannibalism, and the permanent preservation of body parts—typically all or part of the skeleton.
Although he was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, schizotypal personality disorder, and a psychotic disorder, Dahmer was found to be legally sane at his trial. He was convicted of fifteen of the sixteen murders he had committed in Wisconsin and was sentenced to fifteen terms of life imprisonment on February 17, 1992. Dahmer was later sentenced to a sixteenth term of life imprisonment for an additional homicide committed in Ohio in 1978.
On November 28, 1994, Dahmer was beaten to death by Christopher Scarver, a fellow inmate at the Columbia Correctional Institution in Portage, Wisconsin.

Analysis
Jeffrey Dahmer really never did get a chance of living a decent life. Right from a very impressionable age; his 6th house Ketu mahadasha started from 1964 to 1971 and due to Kaal Sarpa Dosha (KSD) in his chart and Saturn, Jupiter falling in between his 12th house Rahu and 6 house Ketu; this would have meant that he would have led life of deceit, fraud; starting with petty crimes or petty violent crimes; maybe with fellow students at school but it only got escalated into some sort of serious deviant behaviour because what happened is if you see his chart; it is a very interesting case study; it is a deeply troubled chart as after his 6th house Ketu mahadasha ended in 1971; he is 20 years of Venus mahadasha started from 1971 till 1991 and it was during this time that he started murdering men of colour – all his victims were male of either Asian or Black dissent; that he used to meet at gay bars. He was a gay too; but on the pretext of being a gay; he bought young men to his house and as Venus is all about lust, enjoyment, sex; but in the 8th house; it becomes highly deviant and dangerous. If you see his criminal life span; he did all the 16 or 17 murders between 1978 and 1991. Now this is critical to note that at the end of his Venus mahadasha in 1991; when is next Sun mahadasha, with Sun placed in the 9th house; was to start, was when he was arrested and once, he was arrested what happened was that the heinous crimes that he was committed were forcibly stopped as he was incarcerated.
Now the point to note here is that his Sun is also enemy positioned; hence there would have been no respite for him; though after many years of wandering aimlessly and doing serious and severe criminal activities the state put a stop to it and for such a person even living in prison was like living in heaven; compared to the life and his deeds outside.
As I said; his Sun was enemy position; so it is not as if everything was going to be great; he was sentence to more than 900 years in prison in his Sun mahadasha; and was basically not given the death penalty due to some mental illness of his; but during his Sun- Saturn antardasha; he was murdered by an another inmate in prison.
Now see how well astrology charts his life; he was born never to live or experience a good mahadasha; his life his 35 or 36 years of existence was a troubled one after 1997; his relatively good 7th house Moon mahadasha would have started but that was not to be because he had committed so much unhuman in unspeakable crimes during his Venus mahadasha; that he was incarcerated never to be released again to the society and killed by a fellow inmate.
Hypothetically let us say had he survived or had he not been killed then in 1997; he would have found a partner in prison itself; who would have given him some Peace of Mind in his 7th house Moon mahadasha; but that was not to be.
When I analyze the personality of Jeffrey Dahmer; I see that as per his lagna house, apart from the serious deviant and criminal behavior mentioned; he is a very serious aand manipulative kind of a person; he knew what he was doing and the other thing that drives him is love or the search of love or a partner; a stable partner which he never got due to his bad dashas ever since his birth and one more thing that struck me when I watched his documentary recently was that how politely spoke; this is due to his Mercury being excellently placed; so he was a polite speaking monster and he had come to this planet for 36 years to live the life of a devil and as per Hindu philosophy after his violent death his soul would have found great amount of difficulty in finding the next body and that would have been of some lowly creature.
