Yes, definitely.

For people who clear UPSC and get into the civil services and remain there for life and have a very secure life their palms and charts do stand out. They are among the best and the brightest at the time of selection.

I have searched the net for some real life examples and found two of the most prominent ones.

They are those of Madam Kiran Bedi, (Ex-IPS) and Shri Arvind Kejriwal (Ex-IRS). As is evident they both cleared the UPSC civil services.

  1. Madam Kiran Bedi – Ex IPS and now Governor of Puducherry.

This is the picture if the right palm of Madam. The right palm for a woman is the status at birth. Please note the general pattern of the lines, their sharpness and how deep set they are. See also the texture of the palm.

2. Shri Arvind Kejriwal – CM of Delhi and Ex – IRS

This is the picture if the right palm of Shri Kejriwal. The right palm for a man is the what he has made of his life. Please note the general pattern of the lines, their sharpness and how deep set they are. See also the texture of the palm.

Q) Do you see a pattern ?

A) I can see:

a. A deep set semi-circular shaped life line.

b. A properly developed fate line rising from the base of the palm and going towards the index finger.

c. A deep set head line attached to the life line and going more than 2/3rd of the width of the palm.

d. A deep set heart line going from below the little finger and curving upwards towards the middle finger.

e. A clean palm.

f. Smooth texture and shine.

g. The above are the ideal palm prints needed to be a successful UPSC candidate and then succeeding in your professional life.

h. As is obvious there are many variants or shades of the same but this is the general pattern.

j. This can be confirmed by a chart analysis as normally both your chart and palm should tell the same story except in some cases where the palm is better than the chart (good karma) and in some cases the reverse (bad karma).
