Analysis
I saw the documentary and I have caught this fellow’s energy. This person is a very cunning, dangerous and a big fraud. A psychopath.
He is ascendant Gemini with Jupiter enemy in the Lagna House; Second house has Moon Lord and Mars debilitated; 3rd house has Saturn retrograde and enemy; 4th house has Rahu; 10th house has Sun, Mercury debilitated, Venus Exalted, Ketu. Right now he is going through his exalted Venus Mahadasha till 2040 and luck is helping him. Hence, he will be incarcerated again for a short time this year too.
He is very dangerous too. As I saw in the documentary, when you are meeting a stranger in a foreign country, the first red flag is when there is talk about money. Also you do not go out with strangers alone in a foreign country. I also saw the UK male tourist, who had to urgently return back to his home for some days, keep his $100,000 cash with this stranger in a foreign country (Chile). That is foolish.
As per chart, Youssef is aggressive, dangerous and angry. He will try to rob tourists of their money and when in fear of getting caught, he will try to kill. You have to be very careful and approach the authorities first, and not be in a situation when you are alone with a stranger, in a foreign country. This is also a dangerous lifestyle of living in roaming houses with strangers who you do not know in foreign lands and having financial dealings. I was amazed that there was no local manager in the roaming house as is generally there in India.
Such scheming criminals know the jurisdictions in which the law is very lax or the punishments are not severe. So for example in Chile, where he was convicted for attempted to murder, he got only 600 days of jail and was deported to Denmark. There also he has some outstanding warrants and was jailed but then let out. Right now the status is that he is roaming free in Costa Rica and fooling and scamming people again.
His 2nd house is bad, so family life is miserable and his initial confidence leads to aggression . Though he is attracted to money but is always bankrupt. His intention in life is to steal and become rich and due to Sun and Mercury debilitated in the in the 10th house, along with Ketu and exalted Venus – he’s more attracted towards girls and vice versa.
