I would like to mention Zohran Mamdani’s achievement of becoming the youngest Mayor of NYC (a Muslim – Non white – Non Christian – Not born in the US) and winning with half the popular votes in one of the richest cities in the world, whose annual budget is nearly $2 trillion is a miracle. There is a big factor of luck here.
He is born to very well known and well educated and strong minded and wealthy parents. Father is an intellectual and professor at Columbia University in NYC, is of Gujarati Muslim descent from Uganda, who rebelled against the Idi Amin regime and was kicked out of the country. His mother Mira Nair is of Punjabi descent. She is in her own one of the most successful filmmakers of our times, making films for 40 years. So Zohran Mamdani belongs to very wealthy parents and he could have just enjoyed his life. But the very fact that he has chosen active NYC/American politics as his calling and won convincingly shows a fighting spirit derived genetically. Someone who is smart but not driven by principles and money follows. Courageous and a rebel as by winning he has made many powerful enemies including POTUS.
So his chart would be a very interesting case study because frankly I’ll tell you; two days back I, like most of the world had not even heard his name and now I’m enamored by him. I get the vibrations that this is not just some rich kid but what we say in Hindi – “A lambi race ka ghoda” or one who is a winner. He has chosen this rough path, instead of a comfortable life himself or you can say that is his destiny.
