There are conflicting reports coming out of this sad case. Some say he was a dashing officer, fighting for his rights in his job; he felt he was discriminated against and not treated properly. The counter is that he was under investigation for bribery charges.

I will not go deep into these details. I will just tell you what I feel Is the crux on the basis of astrology.

I was saddened to read over the past few days how this sensitive, brilliant and brave IPS officer and a very senior IPS officer of ADGP rank was constantly humiliated for the past ten years by his superiors; just because of his caste. And despite him complaining there was no help available. This is shameful that such a senior police officer had to do what he did. He has named the who’s who of Haryana State’s bureaucracy but mainly the target have been two and one of them is this gentleman who is the top cop of Haryana. So let me see what his chart and future holds because his Karma is not good.

Summary analysis
The native is ascendant Sagittarius at 15 degrees; so leadership skills are definitely there. But he is also very lucky as second house has Moon, so he comes from a good family; emotionally he is very stable. So the major difference between him and the late officer V. Puran Kumar is that, he was a sensitive but the DGP is not sensitive, he is emotionally very strong and there are other differences also which I will talk about. Saturn is retrograde in the 4th house; so professionally obstacles are there and the going has not been easy for him. Also if he has some land or some legal issues are there due to land only and health is a cause of concern. 5th houses has Rahu; so children are there and children dominate him. 8th house has Jupiter exalted; this is a tricky placement while on one hand academically he is a brilliant fellow but not of the top level and also legal issues will mar him. Like this one; he is in trouble right now. I will explain you why karmically he’s dug a grave for himself; though he will have the resources to fight the legal challenges. So he is faithful only to his political masters and not the constitution of India. This is a such is the sad state of affairs. If such a person becomes director general of police; then constitutionally there has been major manipulation with spirit of the constitution of India and due to this buttering up tendency he has just followed orders from the top.
I have always said top people should have Sun well placed; so that they are courageous and fearless and fair as was the late IPS and he was sensitive too as is PM Modi. So Sun debilitated in his 11th house of the DGP shows lack of courage, while the courageous officer whom this country needed is gone. Its a big loss that we lost him but yes he must have undergone lot of harassment at this person’s hand.
The signal has come from the political masters because the DGP is just a via medium. He has no strong spine and just follows the orders of the Masters and he is going to pay with it for the rest of his life. Because now the political masters under so much scrutiny have washed their hands off him. Also his 4th house retrograde Saturn Mahadasha will be tough.
So this is a very sad scenario and I urge all the politicians to ensure that only people with strong Sun are promoted to very senior most posts because they are the ones who will ensure that the Constitution Of this country is followed in letter and in spirit.
Whereas if you promote a person who is such a pliable personality; who can be twisted and turned and butter up the masters; then where will the people go.
